Meet Ruth

From a young age I knew I wanted to work where there was an opportunity to connect with and support others. My early career was spent in the recruitment industry, fostering meaningful connections between employer and employee.

I discovered Breathwork during a distressing time in my life when I felt lost and desperate for change. With a willingness to give it a try, I committed to the practice. This changed everything. I became content and at ease within myself. With absolute clarity and firsthand experience of Breathwork’s profound healing capacity, I chose to become a Breathwork Practitioner. More

Discover Breathwork

Breathwork is based on the knowledge that emotions are energy. An energy that is created in our body, in response to a physical or emotional experience we have, or thoughts we think. If the emotion is not processed and felt fully or expressed during the experience, it remains there, becoming trapped in the body. This trapped emotion in your body can continue to drive unhelpful behaviours, false beliefs and cause you to react as if you are facing the same experience again and again. Most people do not even recognise that this is happening. By using conscious circular breathing, you will be guided to connect with any trapped emotions, dissolving and releasing them to create a sense of more ease and freedom in your life.
